Welcome to NORA
NORA – The Norwegian Artificial Intelligence Research Consortium – aims to strengthen Norwegian research and education within artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics.
NORA is a collaboration between UiO, UiB, UiS, UiT, OsloMet, UiA, NMBU, NORCE and Simula
Husk å melde deg på Cutting Edge Festivalen 24. oktober
Under Cutting Edge Festivalen den 24. oktober, vil landets fremste eksperter diskutere hvilken rolle kunstig intelligens har i dag, og hva teknologien vil si for fremtiden vår.
- Kunstig intelligens vil endre helsetjenesten
Autonomous drilling for greener and more efficient oil and gas production
Advanced algorithms together with robots on drilling decks, will set the basis for autonomous drilling.
Når skal kunstig intelligens bli gunstig intelligens?
Kan vi være trygge på at en selvlært kunstig intelligens faktisk «ser» det vi vil at den skal se?
Setting focus on robotics and intelligent systems
ICDL-EpiRob is a unique conference that gathers scientists and researchers from computer science, robotics, psychology and developmental studies to share knowledge and research on how humans develop sensing, reasoning and actions. This year the Robotics and Intelligent Systems (ROBIN) research group at University of Oslo (UiO) organised and hosted the conference.
NORA sets Artificial Intelligence in health care on the agenda at Arendalsuka
With an estimated 75.000 visitors, Arendalsuka is by far Norway’s largest political meeting place. In collaboration with University of Agder (UiA), NORA was able to put Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the agenda at Arendalsuka with the seminar Artificial Intelligence in the health sector: Key to a longer life, but…? Minister of Digitalisation Nikolai Astrup was one of the keynote speakers.
