Research stay within Norway

Short-Term Research Stay at a NORA Member University

Ever wondered what it’s like to conduct research in the Arctic landscapes of Northern Norway, or to experience academic life in the vibrant capital, Oslo? Now is your chance!

We are excited to launch a new pilot initiative for PhD students in the NORA Research School! This program offers the opportunity to take part in a short-term research stay (1–4 weeks) at another NORA member university anywhere in Norway.

This initiative aims to strengthen connections within the Norwegian AI and robotics research community and foster meaningful collaborations across institutions.

Ever wondered what it's like to conduct research in the Arctic landscapes of Northern Norway, or to experience academic life in the vibrant capital, Oslo? Now is your chance!

Once again this fall, we invite NORA-Tech Research School members to apply for national exchange. We offer financial support of up to 6,000 NOK to take part in a short-term research stay (1–4 weeks) at another NORA member university. This initiative aims to strengthen connections within the Norwegian AI and robotics research community and foster meaningful collaborations across institutions.
