Students from across the Nordic countries competed in the Nordic AI Cup from 17 to 20 September. The online competition is arranged by the Nordic AI Partnership, and challenged participants to develop AI solutions to real-world problems.

New, National Collaboration Arena for AI Launched During Arendalsuka Aug. 20, 2026 10:02 AM
During Arendalsuka, the new, nantional collaboration arena for artificial intelligence was officially launched. NORA and Digital Norway will be leading the partnership, with the goal of strengthening the collaboration between Norwegian AI reasearch, industry and public sector.

Uncertainty quantification is concerned with answering exactly that, and it comes up across most areas of AI, from computer vision and natural language processing to robotics and climate modelling.
The Bergen AI Symposium 2026 is a cross-disciplinary deep dive into Artificial Intelligence arranged by LEAD AI and UiB AI at the University of Bergen. Bringing together researchers from multiple disciplines, the symposium offers a meeting place for exploring the latest developments and emerging frontiers in AI.
