About the Webinar

Many of us deal with AI as consumers every day, often without noticing. It suggests what we watch, read, and buy. It answers our questions in customer service chats and decides which ads show up on our screens. Marketing is one of the disciplines where AI reaches people most directly, so it offers a clear view of how AI might change how people think, feel, and make choices.

In this panel, we discuss what AI means for consumers and how companies use it in their marketing strategies and tactics.

We explore the opportunities it creates and the risks it raises around trust, fairness, and responsibility. You don't need a marketing background to follow along. The webinar is open to PhD candidates, researchers, and non-academics from every discipline who are curious about how AI shapes our daily lives.
