Justine Dickhoff is the newest member of the NORA team. She completed her PhD in cognitive neuroscience in 2022, and has a background in psychology. Before joining NORA, she worked as a project manager at the University of Groningen and the University Medical Center in the Netherlands, where she was involved in national and international projects across various fields, including healthcare, energy transition and AI.

While having many impressive projects on her CV, Justine has most recently helped develop an educational program that trains researchers to translate academic output into real-world impact, in close collaboration with MIT in Boston. Another recent project involved building a national infrastructure for psychiatry in the Netherlands.

At NORA, she will serve as the Industry and Innovations Coordinator, contributing to the research school and NORA.startup. She will help bridge the gap between researchers and industry, and in this way help advance AI infrastructure and collaborations in Norway. To contact Justine, you can send an email to justine.dickhoff@nora.ai.

Snezhina Duevska - Senior Adviser

Snezhina's journey into tech and entrepreneurship began at University College London, where she completed an MSc in Entrepreneurship. During this time, she had the opportunity to be part of a network of researchers, entrepreneurs and investors, and learn how to spot and develop entrepreneurial potential. She focused her final thesis on how to improve academic entrepreneurial education.

Since completing her master's degree, Snezhina has worked on supporting startups, as part of the team of a tech incubator, and through being involved in two startups within the creative tech & AI sectors in the UK. These experiences have taught her a lot about working with early-stage ventures, and what founders & teams need to build successful startups.

At NORA.ai, Snezhina's focus will be on expanding the NORA.startup network, bringing together the academic, public and private sectors, and supporting researchers with their journeys into entrepreneurship. Her goal is to drive innovation and create meaningful connections that benefit the entire startup ecosystem.
